Steve Mono
Established in 2007 and inspired by the 50s & 60s, Steve Mono has been producing “leather bags and other goods for men”. Since I’m an Accessories Junkie, I can’t believe I’ve only discovered this line now. The current collection is fantastic - Are you a Collin or Jason? Since you’ll usually find me with a Backpack, I’m definitely a Jimmy. See a few of my favorite pieces below. Hey Steve, let’s make a TAYLOR.

Posting the woman cleaning the Prada signage prompted me to see what accessories I have collected from the like. I found a Satchel (Yes, I said Satchel), which was one of my first “luxury” purchases years ago. I was a Late-Teen in Milan thinking I was so cool. Don’t judge me.
The day after, I was sent a question: “How do you feel about Man-Cluthches - Like or loathe it?”
Like. I say it depends on (what I refer to as) the Document Carrier a man chooses. This took me back to my circa 2005 Satchel/Messenger Bag, transforming it into a Document Carrier - removing the straps and folding it over in half (pictured above). How does it look?
Used to hold my iPad + actual documents. Find a good range of options on OKI-NI.

Thanks to Paul Smith for this “Men’s Holdall” bag. The print is produced from a photograph Paul Smith took himself at a textile factory in Japan. The various swatches of Indigo and Denim inspired me to wear these Vintage Levi’s I picked up in LA. I prefer to see light-wash Denim during Fall months. Submit an image of your favorite Denim piece(s)!
